This is a 12 week Personalised (online) one-to-one Health & Fitness Coaching Program.
Your Personal Coach, Stéphanie Escorial will personally take your hand throughout this Journey, so you’ll feel held and supported through the whole 12 Week Journey. Please note spaces are limited.
This Program entails one 15 min workout per week (12 Workouts in Total) which will help you Gain Strength, build Muscle Mass and burn Body Fat (overall it’s all about improving Muscle Health) 10X more the effect. than traditional Resistance Training Exercises.

The 10X method is a Longevity Resistance training protocol that will improve your Health span and extend you Lifespan (basically when you reach the age of 70/80 your biological age could be of a 40/50 year old)
