As Stéphanie reached her forties, she find herself gaining weight and not being able to shift it, no matter what she tried.

She spent hours at the Gym with ineffective strength training protocols and cardio. What worked in the past, no longer had an effect on her body.

Desperate in shifting the weight, she found the 10X Fitness Method; two 15 min workouts per week, and lost 9kg in 6 months (that she gained over the course of 3 years).

If you are in your mid 30’s Onwards (I’ve also had a clients in their 50’s, anything is POSSIBLE), this method is highly recommended especially as you hit a condition called Sarcopenia; a loss of muscle strength & muscle mass, one of the conditions which caused Stéphanie into gaining 9 kg over the course of 3 years.
